    Management, Languages and International Trade

    How is the course structured?

    Humanistic training + languages:

    • You will learn how to perform in the business environment from a socio-cultural perspective.
    • You will successfully carry out mediation and communication tasks between different economies and cultures
    • You will develop your language skills in Spanish, English and Basque and you will be introduced to another foreign language.
    • You will develop skills such as the production of texts and the use of different communication media and formats.

    Business Management:

    • You will delve into the overall functioning and branches of a company.
    • You will work on the management of the key aspects of foreign trade practice.
    • You will develop the competences of business organisation to improve the work environment and boost the organisation of available resources and team management.
    • You will be able to study most subjects in English.

    International trade: 

    - You will develop your negotiating skills in international contexts.

    - You will focus your language skills on international trade.

    - You will analyse global data for organisational decision-making. 

    The programme inLanguages, Management and International Trade is characterised by its strong international vocation, which enhances the experience of studying at a foreign university and helps broaden our students’ training.

    Such an experience can be carried out during a semester in 2nd year.

    Internships are the time to put into practice the skills, knowledge, ethics and values you have acquired throughout your academic career. For this reason, and as part of the course syllabus, we have a compulsory external internship programme for 100% of the students, during the 2nd semester of 4th year.

    In your 4th year, you will have to complete the Undergraduate Final Year Projector, which consists of preparing an original and innovative project on the major thematic areas proposed for the degree.

    Management

    A number of leading companies visit us to give their testimonials so that our students acquire skills and a strategic vision for the world of work.

     

    The cultural, economic and social aspects that companies consider when carrying out their operations are examined.  

     

    You will be trained in Business Management, Business Analysis, Marketing, Human Resources, Entrepreneurship and Accounting.

    We promote training in business language skills, in mediation skills, communication and understanding of the different economies.

     

    Our aim is to train multilingual professionals.

     

    You will be trained in Languages, Intercultural Communication, Negotiation, Interpersonal Relations, Writing and Translation.

    International trade

    We complement the degree with our own degree in order to reinforce students' professional profile and improve their competitiveness.
     

    You will learn the skills necessary to manage international operations: Global Markets, International Trade, Market Research, International Strategy and Finance and Legal Aspects.

    The international aim of this programme means that the mobility experience is seen as a way of broadening language and cultural training and enhancing management skills from the perspective of a different economic and cultural area.

    We offer a wide range of host universities and we sign new agreements every year.

    An original and innovative projectUndergraduate Final Year Project

    Supervised by a tutor

    The Undergraduate Final Year Project will consist in developing an original, innovative individual project on the main subject areas of the degree.

    Projects may be written in English or Spanish.

    Demonstrate your ability

    To work autonomously and responsibly, to integrate and apply the competences acquired throughout the degree, to communicate the results effectively in writing and orally, and to generate new ideas and knowledge are students’ ultimate aims.
