This is the ambitious and motivating motto chosen at the world meeting of Jesuit universities (Bilbao 2018) and now also endorsed by the University of Deusto to inspire the Deusto 2022 Initiative: people and institutions transforming the world together.
It was designed to be a model that promotes and guarantees quality and teaching innovation, agility and flexibility in response to the demands of society and organisations, and the transmission of values and principles that are always oriented towards equality and social justice.
It provides a service to the university community, especially to the academic staff, in the exercise of their work as lecturers within the framework of the European Higher Education Area, based on the "UD Learning Model", and complying with the quality assurance system.
The Quality Unit is responsible for promoting and developing the quality policy in the fields of teaching, research and management, and submitting this policy to systematic and continuous evaluation. To this end, it provides advice and technical support to all stakeholders in the university community.
