All members of the University Community can be members of the Deusto Tamborrada. Priority will be given to all those who work at the University of Deusto. Registration may then be open to alumni, students and people from other works of the Society. There will also be the figure of the guest (a guest will be considered to be any first-degree relative of UD staff: spouse, child, sibling,…).

Registration must be done through this website by completing the following form. Based on this information, all communications must be sent by email: tamborrada@deusto.es.

The UD Tamborrada Committee will assess applications and will communicate in writing the acceptance, refusal or status on the waiting list.

The initial fee will be €185, giving the right to the ownership of the uniform. A fee of €50 will be charged in subsequent years. This fee will be used to repair instruments, purchase new equipment and pay for the band.

Fees will be determined by the UD Tamborrada Committee.

A decision on applications will be made in November.

This first year the Tamborrada will be made up of 60-90 people, distributed as follows:

• 1 Standard-bearer.
• 1 Drum major
• 20 Drums.
• 1 Barrel corporal.
• 40-70 Barrels - Water carriers.

The company will be joined by a band with at least 14 members.

The committee is empowered to change the composition of the Tamborrada.

Attendance at rehearsals is compulsory and minimum requirements will be established.
The rehearsals established for this first year will be as follows: 18:00 - 19:00 in the sports centre of the Manuel Larramendi Building.

January: 7, 8, 14, 15 and 18

These regulations shall be reviewed and approved by the Committee on an annual basis.

In any case, the Committee may adopt any decision that may be necessary to deal with the situations that may arise and will communicate it on the website.
