It was declared a Historic Monument in 2002 and consists of several buildings of great architectural value. The Main Building is a classicist building. Its most outstanding features are a large central staircase, the Library (now Assembly Hall), the Gothic Chapel and the Ceremonial Hall.

With its avant-garde design and unique architecture, the San Sebastian campus has large green areas and a unique arboretum.
