Overview

The Sports Service was created to offer you a range of academic alternatives to complement your university life. We offer you a wide variety of activities, programmes, outings, courses, championships and advantages that we hope you will enjoy. Our aim is to keep individual values in mind and to grow in them, because, as a great philosopher once said: ''... sometimes courts are the best classrooms''.

Within Deusto Sports Campus we also offer you a variety of programmes:

  • The Competition programme offers various levels of competitive participation, both in competitions between members of the university community and in university championships in the Basque Country and Spain.
  • The Events programme runs activities such as the Engineers-Deusto Boat Race, the Father Arrupe Memorial International Chess Tournament, the Unijes Tournament and the Sports Day.
  • The Recreational programme offers the possibility of using the University's sports facilities or becoming a member to different clubs, among others.
