You will study mainly in Basque and you will have the option of taking subjects in English. Once you have successfully completed your degree,you will obtain recognition of the C1* language profile (*BOPV - Decree 47/2012) in Basque by the Basque Government, as you will have completed more than 60% of your studies in Basque.
This degree will give you access to the master's degree that will allow you to work as a teacher in Secondary Education, Baccalaureate studies and Vocational Training.
In this Double Degree you will gain a specialism in Physical Education (from the Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education).

On Saturday 11 February you can come to the campus and get all the information you need to help you choose your degree.
More than 13,000 m² dedicated to sport on the Bilbao campus. The sports complex, built under the football pitch, has 3 paddle tennis courts, 3 basketball courts, 4 gymnasiums, fitness room, 6 rooms for other activities, athletics track, etc.
I have had the opportunity to do the CAFyD internship at the Real Sociedad, an experience that has been very useful for me in deciding what I want to do in the future.
This double degree has a dynamic and practical methodology that I find highly motivating. This makes learning more lifelike, you learn more and you are better placed in professional practice.
You will obtain two independent but complementary degrees within five years, which will enable you to find many different job opportunities.
With more than 12,000 m², the new Larramendi building provides the San Sebastian campus with modern facilities for its teaching and research activities. Facilities include gyms of various types and sizes for physical activities, a tatami mat and a fitness area. There is also a large sports field with bleachers.

Today we can say that Deusto is the only university that offers this double Bachelor’s degree in the Basque Country and neighbouring territories. You can study this combination of degrees at any of the University's campuses in San Sebastian or Bilbao. You will gain two bachelor's degrees in 5 years , adapted to the future of the profession, as set out in the new European Higher Education Area (EHEA).

The University houses a modern sports complex of more than 13,000 m² on the Bilbao campus. The sports facilities include a two-storey building of 9,845 m², built under the football pitch.
On the other hand, we have theLarramendi Building, on the San Sebastian campus, a new building that houses a sports court, various types of gyms, biomechanics laboratories, etc.

You will benefit from the teaching and research experience of a pioneering and leading institution in degree programmes in education and educational innovation in the Basque Country, with extensive experience in continuous teacher training and in the management of educational centres.

You will do 42 ECTS of external internships, which will allow you to apply the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the double degree, gain an insight into the professional reality and enhance your curriculum to prepare you for the labour market. This is a tutored and personalised programme so that you can make the most of your stay at the centre.

The Faculty of Education and Sport will give you the option of furthering your education with a range of postgraduate and doctoral programmes in the fields of Teaching and Health, which will be complemented by including the fields of Sports Management and Recreation in collaboration with Deusto Business School (DBS) and the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences.

You will find a close learning environment and personal tutoring from first to fourth years. Your tutor will guide you academically, personally and/or professionally. In addition, you will have a teaching team ready to guide you with any queries you may have throughout your studies.
