The programme's Director will ensure the proper academic development of the programme and provide students with ongoing support and guidance; there will also be a technical secretariat.
There is also an internship coordinator as well as two tutors/coordinators.
Once students have enrolled, they are assigned a tutor, who will guide and support them and supervise their work.
Tutorials have become one of the main learning resources, whether face-to-face or online. They are part of the teaching methods used by all lecturers and provide support to students.
If you come from other countries, the International Relations Office can help you integrate into university life. Here you can find information and permanent assistance for arranging visas and residence permits, housing, medical services and insurance and other local services.
Students also have the following services and facilities available to them:
The Bilbao campus has 4 computer labs for student use, with a total of 256 computers installed on 509.12m2. It also has other rooms, belonging to the Faculty of Engineering ESIDE, which can be used if necessary. The entire area is a Wi-Fi zone.
There is also a corporate website with over 30 subsites, an extranet for students, a specific site for new students with full information to enter the University such as how to apply for admission, information, interviews, etc.
Furthermore, the University offers support to its students through a Student Guidance and Support Service, which provides specialised psycho-pedagogical counselling to address any difficulties students may have, specific courses to support and complete the learning process (study techniques, anxiety control techniques, public speaking, job search techniques, etc.) and the Curricular Adaptation Unit.
Students with special needs have the support of this Student Guidance Service, in coordination with the Master's Director, who will be responsible for ensuring that these students are properly integrated into this postgraduate programme (teaching/learning, research, internships and social network).
