BA in Law, with a specialism in Economics from the University of Deusto, where she graduated in 1993 and MA in Legal Consultancy, IE Business School. In 1998 she joined the Faculty of Law at the University of Deusto as lecturer in the area of corporate tax law, where she teaches at a postgradute level. She is currently a partner responsible for the tax department at Uría Menéndez law firm in Bilbao. She regularly advises on mergers, acquisitions and business combinations, taxation on Spanish investment structures abroad and foreign investments in Spain, as well as on tax procedures both at an administrative and jurisdictional level.
