Alejandro Fernández Bengoa is BA in Economics (Public Treasury) from the University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU). He did a Postgraduate Specialist Course in Taxation at the University of the Basque Country. He has been a Finance Inspector at the Biscay Regional Council since 1998.
