Alberto Atxabal is Professor in Financial and Tax Law at the University of Deusto. He is the Head of the Public Law Department. He teaches the following subjects: “Financial Law”(taught in Basque and Spanish) and “Tax Law”(in Basque) on the BA in Law. He also teaches in the Master's Degree in Law and Legal Practice and in the Master's Degree in Tax Consultancy. His publications focus on the regional tax system and the Economic Agreement with the Basque Country.
