Julio Lecanda Araluce is BA in Law, University of Deusto. He is a member of the Biscay Bar Association. He is a partner of law firm Bufete Barrilero y Asociados and has been a lecturer on the Master’s in Tax Consultancy at the University of Deusto since 1994.
