The Master’s degree in Special Educational Needs provides interdisciplinary advanced training focused on ensuring that students with special educational needs are successfully integrated into the education system.
The Master is fully oriented towards professional practice.
The programme aims to equip students with the conceptual and methodological keys and tools to address the numerouspractical questions that may arise in assisting students with special educational needs.
Half of this postgraduate course is devoted to two external internship experiences (practicum) which carry 15 ECTS each: one practicum on internal and external support services for school inclusion and another on learning difficulties and disabilities.
Some examples of jobs for graduates of this Master's degree include: consultancy or advisory services on special educational needs, psycho-educational intervention in organisations for people with disabilities...

You want to specialise in order to work professionally in the field of educational inclusion in special educational needs, both in public and private bodies and non-governmental organisations.
The academic staff on the Master’s programme is made up of university lecturers and leading professionals , both from the Basque Country and from other regions.
