Dual Pathways involve the acquisition of theoretical and practical skills specific to the Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations simultaneously in the classroom and in a host company, i.e. applying the "learning by doing" methodology. Students play an active role in their learning process, which will be supervised by tutors from the University of Deusto and tutors from the host company or entity.
The Faculty offers a maximum of 15 places for the Dual Pathway in Labour Relations, depending on the number of students enrolled in each academic year.
Students who meet the requirements to participate in the process and are interested in it must submit their CV to the Pathway Coordinator. These CVs will be brought to the Joint Committee and will be considered jointly by the Deusto Law School and the participating companies. In addition, students who submit their CV undertake to accept the place allocated to them.
The Pathway consists of 60 ECTS credits, which equate to 1200 study hours. Specifically, the following subjects will be taken in dual format:
Assessment of the subjects comprising the Pathway will be carried out jointly by the facilitators at the host centre and at the University.
Students participating in the Dual Pathway may drop out and return to the general pathway, provided that they have not passed half of the credits defined in the Dual Pathway.
The University of Deusto Law School maintains close contact with the entities participating in the Dual Pathway to ensure the effectiveness of the teaching-learning process.
