Admission and Registration

  1. Complete and send the electronic application form.
  2. Send the following documents to cide@deusto.es:
  • University transcript (we accept copies of transcripts issued through the university's computer system).
  • Letter of recommendation from a teacher (only if the GPA is less than 2.75).

Once these documents have been received, CIDE will contact the student to confirm the status of their application. The application for admission will not be valid until all the above documents have been received.

Spring 2025 application deadline: October 8, 2024. After this date please contact CIDE.

Fall 2025 application deadline: May 9, 2025. After this date please contact CIDE.

Application: 100 EUROS.

If your application has been approved by CIDE, you can pay the application fee here.

  • Airport pick-up in Bilbao (on arrival date established by the Program).
  • Academic and personal advisement.
  • Office of Student Assistance.
  • Use of study rooms, libraries, computer rooms, Wi-Fi, e-mail.
  • Information on the Official Exams of Instituto Cervantes (DELE exams).
  • Integration in the social life of the University: information about group activities, groups (hiking, choir, volunteer work...), individual and group sports, etc.
  • Possibilities of conversation exchange with Spanish students. (See Conversation Exchange (tandem) Program
  • ID card: University of Deusto Student ID Card.
  • Medical insurance with worldwide coverage, except in the student's home country. Insurance covers COVID-19 medical assistance.
