    Student profile

This master's degree is for you if...

Do you consider yourself a sociable, empathetic and good communicator? If you have the ability to persuade and listen actively, then this master's degree is for you.

Today HR people need to be enthusiastic, flexible and optimistic. Teamwork is key in this area.

The Master’s is designed so that you can do it with any previous qualification , although if you do not have a basic background in business and economics, you will have to pass a 24-hour Introductory Course on Business Matters that is held in September before the start of the Master's course.

Professional experience is a prerequisite for those with a Diploma or Technical Engineering degree and will be an asset in the case of those with a Licenciatura or a Bachelor's degree.

Although the master's degree is taught in Spanish, knowledge of other languages, especially English, is an asset.

Therefore, a B2 English level or equivalent is required for inexperienced candidates taking the internship pathway. In addition to B2 certificates, an equivalent level can be demonstrated through international mobility programmes, international stays or by demonstrating fluency in an internal oral test.
