In which you will learn the policies and practices necessary to manage people in organisations, favouring the development of their talent, which is constantly updated with the latest trends (equality, conciliation, digitalisation, diversity...).
From the beginning of the course, you will be able to combine the internships with the classroom sessions so that, thanks to the experience you gain in the company, you will enrich your contributions in the classroom from the specific experiential context you are living in.
You will have a teaching staff dedicated to your learning and with a high participation of professionals who will bring you closer to their business reality in the classroom.

Do you consider yourself a sociable, empathetic and good communicator? If you have the ability to persuade and listen actively, then this master's degree is for you.
Today HR people need to be enthusiastic, flexible and optimistic. Teamwork is key in this area.
The Master’s is designed so that you can do it with any previous qualification , although if you do not have a basic background in business and economics, you will have to pass a 24-hour Introductory Course on Business Matters that is held in September before the start of the Master's course.
Professional experience is a prerequisite for those with a Diploma or Technical Engineering degree and will be an asset in the case of those with a Licenciatura or a Bachelor's degree.
Although the master's degree is taught in Spanish, knowledge of other languages, especially English, is an asset.
Therefore, a B2 English level or equivalent is required for inexperienced candidates taking the internship pathway. In addition to B2 certificates, an equivalent level can be demonstrated through international mobility programmes, international stays or by demonstrating fluency in an internal oral test.

You will have a long-terminternship (between 6 and 12 months) in the field of people management in innovative companies in this area. We will help you to manage your internship thanks to our Careers department.

Throughout the master’s degree, you will carry out a diagnosis of the people management situation in your business organisation The following step consists of identifying some areas for improvement, which is the base for the development of your professional project.
