    Career opportunities

This is the usual employment option for nursing students. They work in hospitals, clinics... both public and private. In addition, they can specialise according to their area of interest (paediatric nursing, geriatric nursing, etc.).

Nursing professionals also work in child care centres, elderly care centres, centres for people with disabilities, etc. in both the public and private sectors. Thus, nurses provide professional care to individuals, families and the community.

If you like teaching, there is always the possibility of training other professionalswho need to know about your skills (in the university degree, in related master's degrees...).

When you finish your Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, you can pursue a PhD degree and choose to develop research studies to improve the techniques and processes of this profession.
