    Real challenges to be solved

Students respond to the real challenges of organisations through different projects. To do this, they have the support of the people responsible for the programme, the organisations themselves and former students who have taken the programme before. This training model allows them to put into practice everything they have learned so far, face new challenges and share experiences.

In the 2022-23 academic year, a trip was made to Madrid and a weekend stay in Getaria.

    3 learning modules

    01

    Personal transformation

In order to change the world, we must first change ourselves. There is no point in excuses and no point in throwing stones. Many small changes make a big change. You will work on attitude and values, which are the basis of everything.

    Subjects:

    • Responsible entrepreneurial behaviour, personal and business branding

**You will be accompanied by a professional coach throughout the programme.

    02

    Identifying and creating opportunities

You don't need a great idea, or even your own idea. Nor is it enough to identify them and take advantage of them, sometimes you have to create them. You will learn about the actors in the innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem and the emerging sectors..

    Subjects:

    • Designing people-centred experiences and sustainable business models
    • Innovation, ecosystems and opportunity identification

    03

    Project design and launch

It takes excellent designs and plans. But above all, you have to do and do until things happen. You will work on the launch of a new project.

    Subjects:

    • Economic-financial viability and sources of financing.
    • Minimum viable product: Prototyping and lean start-up.

The good thing about this degree is that it does not only focus on setting up a personal project, but also on entrepreneurship within a company.
