In a meeting organized by the University of Deusto Medical Degree, a delegation from the Andrés Bello University of Chile, made up of Patricio Burdiles, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, and Gustavo Constela, Director of the School of Medicine, visited the IMQ Zorrotzaurre Clinic on the 17th October.

The delegation was accompanied by Óscar Martínez, vice dean of International and Institutional Relations of Deusto, and Arantza Bringas, coordinator of the Medical Degree Internships. They were welcomed by Juana Amadoz, Director of Care at IMQ Clinics, and Isabel Urrutia, Director of Quality and Patient Safety at IMQ Clinics.

The visit was part of an initiative by the University of Deusto to welcome students from other international medical universities, such as the aforementioned Andrés Bello University, and was aimed at informing those in charge of the IMQ Clinic's work as a Deusto university hospital.

To this end, Isabel Urrutia and Juana Amadoz explained the teaching organisation, as well as the rotation system at the hospital and other IMQ university centres. At the IMQ Zorrotzaurre Clinic, a student in the seventh year of her medical degree from the Chilean university is currently completing her training.
