QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Quality Management System at the Faculty of Education Sciences is formed by the organisational structure, authorities, processes, action procedures and resources provided to ensure quality assurance.

The Dean is responsible for the Quality Management System with the support of the Centre's Quality Committee, the Quality Committees of the Degrees and the advice of the University of Deusto’s Quality Unit. All the stakeholders of the centres and the degree programmes are represented in these committees.

The system is maintained and continuously improved through the implementation of the quality policy and the objectives of the Faculty's strategic plan, the assessment and analysis of stakeholder satisfaction, the analysis of process results, audits and the review of the system by the Centre's Quality Committee.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The results of the QMS indicators are analysed annually by the Quality Committee of the Centre and the Quality Committees of Degree Programmes. Depending on the results, the appropriate improvement actions are established, which guarantees the sustainability and efficiency of the degrees and the Faculty.
