You will study the Master's degree in different European cities (Bilbao & Grenoble), both in the local language of each country and in English.. The Master’s includes language classes.
You will share classes with people of many different nationalities.
You will do a full-time internship, preferably in organisations with an international scope and/or located abroad.
The Master's programme is taught in Spanish, French and English. You will improve your language skills during the Master's degree with native lecturers.

The EIBM is an inter-university collaborative programme that was born in 1990 under the name European Management Programme (EMP) and has been running uninterruptedly for 32 years, with around 1,100 graduates of more than 50 different nationalities.
This is the first time that a Deusto programme has been included in this prestigious list, as international accreditation is a mandatory requirement; an achievement obtained by Deusto Business School in 2021, the year in which it was awarded the AMBA and AACSB seals. Grenoble École de Management also has these two accreditations in addition to EQUIS, placing the two business schools collaborating in this programme among the top 2% in the world.

This Master's degree is a good choice for you if...
A discipline related to business management or equivalent or with sufficient training in management-related subjects.
Fluency in spoken and written English and in one of the other two programme languages (French or Spanish) is required.
Candidates with an A2 level in the third language (French or Spanish), will be required to take an intensive course in September (prior to the start of the Master's degree) to improve their language skills. The course is taught by native teachers. If you do not have any language certificate, we will assess your language skills during the interview with the programme Director.
Candidates are not required to have prior work experience although it will be highly valued.
