New work by professors Ana Estévez, Janire Momeñe, Laura Macía and Paula Jauregui with other authors on emotional dependence

Relationships with other people may sometimes be unsatisfactory and even become dependent relationships. The professors of the Faculty of Health Sciences Ana Estévez, Janire Momeñe, Laura Macía and Paula Jauregui, together with the other authors Iciar Iruarrizaga eta Violeta Gallego, have published the book “Evaluation and intervention in emotional dependence. Attachment, couple, addiction”. 

This work brings together both theoretical and practical information to better understand emotional dependence, including assessment tools and intervention proposals. In it, the authors review some of the models that could explain emotional dependence and its relationship with early attachment. They also show different manifestations of emotional dependence through clinical cases and propose material for intervention.
