The University of Deusto will organise the Deusto International Staff Program 2025 "Interculturality: A Cornerstone in Higher Education” next June. In an increasingly interconnected world, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) must be prepared to thrive in diverse and global societies. This program will address the question of how to effectively integrate interculturality across all levels of a university.
Addressed to Higher Education professionals, participants will delve into the critical dimensions of intercultural competence during one week on campus and two online sessions. The program includes expert-led sessions, interactive workshops, networking space and sociocultural activities.
