Bilbao Campus
The University of Deusto has joined the project “Bilbao is Ballet”, a movement that aims to give visibility to classical ballet in different parts of the city. The aim of this initiative is to take the ballet out of its traditional stage and take it to the street and other emblematic spaces to bring it closer to all kinds of audiences and make it more accessible.
To date, many emblematic locations in Bilbao have been used for this purpose, such as the Euskalduna Palace, the Maritime Museum, Bilbao Center, Bilbao City Hall and the Provincial Council of Bizkaia. And now also Deusto has opened its spaces for the realization of photographs starring students and emerging artists of classical ballet from Bilbao.
