General Call for grants
Students at the University of Deusto who are residents in the Basque Autonomous Community who are pursuing studies leading to official undergraduate, engineering, technical engineering or diploma degrees awarded by the Basque Government’s Department of Education, Universities and Research.
These grants include:
- Basic amount
- Public Enrolment Fee
- Basic amount linked to family income (€1,700)
- Basic amount linked to living expenses (between €2,400 and€3,500)
- Basic amount linked to academic achievement (between€100 and€250)
- Variable Supplementary Amount
- Supplementary amount linked to inter-city travel (between€192 and €993)
- Supplementary amount linked to learning support (between €300 and€475)
The requirements to be fulfilled are those set out in the call for applications.
Forms, deadline and supporting documents
Applications must be made online by completing the forms available on the Grants section of the Basque Government’s website. The supporting documents must be attached to the same form in the section provided for this purpose.
The deadline will be the one established in the call for applications.

Electronic identification
Grant applications for the Basque Government's general call for applications are to be made via electronic identification.
The Basque Government has published how to apply for electronic identification;
- Certificate and B@kQ / Izenpe Ship Set (can be managed at the UD)
- Electronic ID Card (eDNI) to subsequently apply for the digital certificate.
