The internship programme represents the opportunity to train professionals with knowledge in the development of tasks and professional competences (skills, attitudes and aptitudes) in the field of Clinical Neuropsychology.
Internships are supervised. Students do their internships in accredited centres and organisations, under the supervision of highly qualified professionals.
This is a compulsory subject for all enrolled students, which gives the student 24 ECTS, structured in three subjects.
- First semestre
- 240 hours of stay in the centre
- 60 hours of tutorials at the University and students' personal work.
-Second semester
- 120 hours of stay in the centre
- 30 hours of tutorials at the University and students' personal work.

Students may indicate their preference as to the field in which they would like to do their internships and the internship coordinator will be responsible for assigning students to an internship field taking into account their interests.
The University is ultimately responsible for deciding who are the best qualified students for each internship. In order to make this decision, 5 main areas are taken into account: academic record, motivational interview, students’ previous experience or track record, complementary training and the requirements that the centre may recommend (i.e. knowledge of languages, student's area of residence...). Places will be allocated to students by their tutors .
