The internships that students on the programme carry out in companies have a markedly innovative character and represent a real added value for both the student and the organisation that they join in their activity.
These organisations can be start-ups or companies in the process of being set up, or companies already established in any sector. What matters is that, wherever innovanders go, they can look at the organisation with innovative criteria and propose actions to improve its innovative capacity.
Therefore, at the end of the internship period, trainees will carry out an individual analysis of the innovation capacity of the organisation or project in which they have been involved and propose an action plan to improve this capacity.
Internships are compulsory and are done in the first semester of first year. They will be supervised by a professional at the host company and will have the support of a programme coordinator.
All students do an internship in a company worth at least 6 ECTS credits, in addition to the work experience you gain on your degree.
The degree coordinators will manage placements to ensure that they match students' profiles and interests.
