    From general knowledge to specialisationCourse content

    Year 1 

    You will learn the main scientific disciplines that underpin most engineering programmes.

    Years 2 and 3

    You will discover the fundamentals of industrial engineering, specifically in the fields of automation, electronics and electrical engineering. In the laboratories you will become familiar with the instruments used in the industry and you will put into practice aspects that will be useful in your professional practice.

    Year 4

    You will choose the specialist subjects in the technological areas of industrial electronics and automation. In addition, you will be able to spend a semester abroad, you will do an internship in a company and you will have to carry out your Undergraduate Final Year Project.

    Undergraduate Final Year Project

    Undergraduate Final Year Project

    The project is compulsory and is carried out in the second semester of the fourth year. It will enable students to approach and carry out a project proposal along with its feasibility study and the design and/or development of the project.

    To register for this project, students must have successfully completed, or at least enrolled for, all of the core and compulsory subjects on the programme.

    You will be able to study part of your Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering in English.

    If you study at least 40% of the credits in English and can prove that you have a C1 level, the University of Deusto will certify your language proficiency in this language. The procedure for accrediting C1 will be by means of an equivalent official qualification or by passing an internal University of Deusto test.

    You can combine subjects in Spanish, English and Basque. A wide range of subjects in English and Basque so that you can choose your language path.

    Possibility to study a full semester at a foreign university. Choose your destination from more than 90 foreign universities worldwide.

    ¿Cómo lo hago?

    Si eliges este itinerario y cumples con los requisitos demandados, adquirirás conocimientos y aptitudes directamente en la empresa, a la vez que cursas el grado. Podrás realizar la formación dual en 4º curso (30 ECTS).

    METODOLOGÍAS DE APRENDIZAJE

    Pondrás en práctica lo aprendido y adquirirás nuevos conocimientos fuera del aula. El profesorado que te dará las clases en la universidad y los tutores/as de las empresas colaboradoras te guiarán de foma compartida.

    ENFRÉNTATE A RETOS REALES EN EMPRESA

    Conocerás la empresa y los proyectos antes de terminar el grado pudiendo acelerar tu inmersión en el entorno laboral. 

    Proyecto Fin de Grado

    El último semestre del grado desarrollarás el Proyecto Fin de Grado en una empresa.

    Intégrate en grupos

    de trabajo multidisciplinares e incorpora la dimensión ética en tus decisiones. Más de 50 empresas forman parte del ecosistema Deusto Formación Dual.

    La formación dual tiene 3 procesos principales

    Asignación, seguimiento y evaluación

    1.

    Asignación de estudiantes

    El objetivo es maximizar la motivación de los estudiantes acorde con los intereses de las empresas, de forma que un estudiante acceda a una empresa de su interés y que la empresa tengo un estudiante con el perfil ajustado a sus necesidades

    2.

    Seguimiento del estudiante

    Cada estudiante contará con el acompañamiento de un facilitador académico y de un facilitador de empresa, que de forma periódica se reunirán con el estudiante para analizar la marcha de la formación dual en base al plan individualizado de actividades preestablecido

    3.

    Evaluación del estudiante

    La evaluación es compartida por el profesor de la asignatura y los dos facilitadores, de forma que se evalúen tanto las competencias desarrolladas por el estudiante durante la estancia en la empresa, la ejecución del plan de actividades individualizado y las competencias técnicas de la asignatura.
