Inadequate or ineffective time management is one of the most frequently reported problems among university students, and is also a major source of stress and anxiety.
This practical workshop aims to provide insight into self-management skills and respond to the problem of procrastination among university students. Participants will work on the following aspects:
- Discuss how we handle our own time management and the reasons that lead us to procrastinate academic tasks.
- Identify the difficulties encountered by each individual.
- Acquire tools for time optimisation.
- Procrastination related to personal and long-term goals.
The workshop requires a weekly commitment of approximately 2 hours .
