The Local Government Board of Vitoria-Gasteiz has recently approved a collaboration agreement with the Deusto Institute of Drug Addictions to carry out a diagnosis on the reality of the city in terms of substance and non-substance addictions. The Municipal Public Health Service will allocate 18,755 euros to this study, which will run for five months, and whose results will be used for the development of the V Local Plan on Addictions.
