Carolina de León

She is a graduate in International Relations and holds a Master’s degree in Gender, Society and Policies from the Regional Training Programme on Gender and Public Policies (PRIGEPP) / FLACSO Argentina, and a Master’s degree in Decentralised International Cooperation from the University of the Basque Country. Since 2001, she has been working in the field of international cooperation and development in governmental institutions, international organisations and various NGDOs. From 2006 to 2016 she was the coordinator of the Master’s Degree in International Humanitarian Action (NOHA), and since 2017 she has been the coordinator of the Indigenous Peoples' Human Rights Training Programme.
