MARÍA GARCÍA-FEIJOO holds a PhD in Advanced Management from the University of Deusto and an MSc in Advanced Marketing Management from the University of Lancaster (United Kingdom). She is currently Lecturer with PhD at the University of Deusto, where she teaches both different BA courses at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration (in the subjects Basic Principles of Marketing, Operative Marketing and Consumer Behaviour) and on different post-graduate courses. She is coordinator of Pedagogic Innovation at the Faculty (Bilbao campus) and also a member of the Coordinating Team of the Managerial Skills and Coaching Development Plan. She forms part of the Leisure and Human Development research team, has co-managed various PhD theses and taken part in different research projects that have received external funding. Her areas of research interest are related to marketing and consumer behaviour as especially applied to leisure and tourism contexts, as well as individuals’ development in organisations and teaching innovation.
