Member at large for Urban Planning and the Environment, Regional Board of Registrars of the Basque Country, Director of the Basque Academy for State Registrar Competitions since March 2008. This academy reports to the Spanish Association of Land and Business Registrars. He has also taught different courses on Inheritance Succession Law, Urban Planning, liens and foreclosures, expropriation and has drafted a study for publication: “Derecho Económico Matrimonial en el País vasco” (Editorial Civitas), in addition to other activities.
