Fernando Díez is a Doctor in Education, MBA-Executive and has a degree in Pedagogy and Psychology from the University of Deusto. He has also completed the Senior Management Program of Research, Innovation and Technology Transfer Institutions (PADIIT) of IESE Business School and Fundación Gadea Ciencia. In the field of management, he has been the Director of the Agency for the Promotion and Research Management (DEIKER-OTRI) and Publications at the University of Deusto and Deputy Director of the Deusto Foundation.In the field of education, he is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Education and Sport, PhD School and in the HR Masters of Deusto Business School and ICADE Business School (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Madrid).In the field of research, he is Principal Investigator of ERLA team.
