B.A. in Law University of Deusto (1998). He is a member of the Biscay Bar Association and has been a practising lawyer since 1994. He did the Legal Practice Course at the “Pedro Ibarreche” School of Legal Practice of the Biscay Bar Association. He holds an MA in Criminology, Basque Institute of Criminology, University of the Basque Country -UPV (2003). He specialises in Criminal Law. He has been a lecturer in Criminal Law on the Legal Practice Course of the School of Legal Practice since 2005, and in the specialist field since 2008. He has been a speaker at the Basic Course on Domestic and/or Gender Violence since 2009 and on the Specialisation courses in 2007 and 2008. He has delivered a number of Legal Training Workshops and published several articles and studies on criminal law.
