Alfredo Ruiz de Azúa Basarrate holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Deusto. He is a member of CFA Institute, holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is currently a lecturer at the University of Deusto, Bilbao campus. He teaches on the BA in Business Administration and on Deusto-Deloitte’s Master’s in Auditing and Leadership Development. He teaches the following subjects: -International Financial Management in English, 4th year BA in Business Administration. -Corporate Finance on the Deusto-Deloitte’s Master’s in Auditing and Leadership Development. -Financial Analysis on the Deusto-Deloitte’s Master’s in Auditing and Leadership Development. He is a member of several Boards of Directors in financial companies (Altegui Gestión , A.V., S.A. and Dux Inversores S.G.I.I.C., S.A.) and other sectors (S.P.E., S.A., Lumial Energía, S.L., Eoliatec de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., Explotaciones Agrícolas Zaytec, S.L.).
