Teaches BA courses on Primary Education and Social Education, and MA courses on Special Educational Needs and Compulsory Secondary Education, Upper Secondary Education, Vocational Training and Language Teaching. Specifically, she teaches the following subjects: BA level Psycho-pedagogical Bases of Special Educational Needs, Curriculum and Diversity, Social Inclusion of Youth and Adults with Disabilities, and Practical Sessions II (Specialism in Special Educational Needs), in Basque language; BA level Undergraduate Final Year Project, in Spanish. Ana Casas Gutiérrez also teaches MA level Practical Sessions and Master's Dissertation, in Spanish, and Educational Processes and Contexts and Attention to Diversity, both in Basque and in Spanish. She is also a tutor in the BA in Primary Education, in Basque language. Her publications mainly focus on disabilities. During the past few years she has carried out research on adaptive behavior and intellectual disabilities. Ana Casas Gutiérrez is part of the Intervention: Quality of Life and Social Inclusion research team.
