ROCCO CAIRA holds a Ph.D in International Relations and Public Internation Law from the University of the Basque Country and BA in Law from Trinity College, Dublin. He is currently a lecturer at the University of Deusto, Bilbao campus. He teaches on the BA degrees in Business Administration and Modern Languages and Management, and on the MBA and, EIBM. He is a lecturer in Commerial Law, European Law, Legal Context and International Negotiations, which are taught in English. His publications mainly focus on law and international relations. He has been a practicing lawyer in Bilbao since 1994.
