David is a civil law lecturer. Since 2005 David has also lectured in contract and litigation law (Master’s Degree in Business Law). He also lectures on the introduction to law course at Deusto Business School (DBS). He participates regularly as a speaker at law seminars and conferences on subjects relating to his field of expertise. David is a lawyer in Uría Menéndez’s Bilbao office. He joined the firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2014. His professional practice is primarily focused on all aspects of civil and commercial litigation. He regularly advises several leading companies and public entities in the Basque Country and the surrounding areas on general legal issues, and particularly those pertaining to real estate, contract and tort law. His other specialist areas are health law and insurance. David has also acquired extensive experience in contentious-administrative litigation.
