josune baniandres avendaño

Josune Baniandrés Avendaño received her PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Deusto. She is currently a Lecturer at the University of Deusto in Bilbao. She lectures on the Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and the Master’s degrees in Human Resources and Leisure Management. Specifically, he teaches the “People Management” subject on the Bachelor’s in Business Administration and coordinates the internships and Final Year Project for the Master’s in Human Resources. At Deusto Business School she has been Vice-Dean for Academic Staff since September 2015. Her publications mainly focus on people and team development and on gender mainstreaming in management. In recent years, she has worked on the ability to undertake in organizations, servant leadership and gender mainstreaming in business management. She is a member of the “HUME” (Humanism in Management and Economics) research team. Her other research interests focus on management innovation and teaching innovation.
