Elvira Arrondo Diez holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration and a PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Deusto. Elvira Arrondo Diez is a lecturer at the University of Deusto, where she teaches at the Donostia campus. She is director of the Executive Programmes in Sales and Marketing taught at Deusto Business School and ESADE. From 1990 to 2008 she has worked for Grupo Eroski and has also worked as a strategic and operative consultant. She teaches BA courses in Business Administration and MA courses in Business Management. Specifically, she teaches Marketing Plan and Strategy, Advanced Marketing and Consumer Behaviour. Her publications mainly focus on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty. Other research interests include consumer behaviour and the areas of Distribution and Education.
