I currently teach Linguistics, Contrastive Phonetics and Contrastive Grammar in the degrees of Modern Languages and Basque Studies. I also supervise internships in the Master's Degree in Secondary School Teacher Training (English specialization), and I teach Linguistic Quality in the Expert Program in Internationalization and Business Diplomacy. My main interest is in the field of language didactics. I believe in the development of language awareness as the way to improve quality communication, effective, in any context. I am also interested in the structural processes of English and Spanish, mainly in the field of phonetics and phonology. In the present, my focus is in the development of language awareness in organizations: I write and give talks and workshops on issues related to the adequacy and use of language in different contexts.
