Biostatistician with a PhD in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), specializing in the development and application of statistical models for the prevention of team sports injuries. Currently, she is a biostatistical researcher at the Biogipuzkoa Health Research Institute, Methodological Support Unit. Her research focuses on the development of statistical models, particularly in survival analysis, and the creation of statistical software. Her interests include the application of statistics to sports medicine, epidemiology, and biomedicine, where she has collaborated with professionals from various disciplines.
