Telecommunications Engineer from the ETSIIT of Bilbao, University of the Basque Country, UPV-EHU. He has an extensive experience of more than thirty years in the areas of marketing, consulting and management, holding positions of responsibility in several multinational companies and developing his professional activity in more than ten different countries. In recent years he has focused on the design, development and management of products and services. He currently works as head of the Smart Services department for Residential and SMEs at Iberdrola, a position that combines with his teaching activity in the Master in Human Resources at the Deusto Business School as a professor of Creativity and Innovation.
