Graduated in Statistical Sciences and Techniques in 2003. Subsequently, she completed a Master's degree in Behavioral and Health Sciences Methodology and obtained a doctorate in the Public Health program from the University of the Basque Country. He has completed the program in Big Data and Business Intelligence at the University of Deusto (2016) and the expert course in Data Science, from industry to the Silver Economy at Mondragon Unibersitatea (2023). He has worked in the National Institute of Statistics (INe) and in the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs of Extremadura, as well as in the Extremadura Health Service. Currently, she works as a Biostatistician in the Clinical Epidemiology and Research Unit of the Donostia University Hospital and is a research teaching professor in the Physiotherapy Degree at the University of Deusto teaching the subject of Biostatistics and Informatics. He is a teacher in the Critical Appraisal Skills Program in Spanish of CASPe (Critical Appraisal Skills Program Spanish). He is a member of the Committee to Improve the Appropriateness of Care and Clinical Practice (MAPAC). During these years, she has participated in different R&D&I projects, both financed in competitive calls from administrations or public-private entities and not financed, and has been co-author of different publications.
