I hold a Ph.D. in Contemporary History (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, international mention from Columbia University in the City of New York), a M.A. in International Relations and African Studies (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid), and a B.A. in Political Science and Public Administration (Universidad Nacional de Cuyo). My research interests revolve around the transdisciplinary intersection of International Relations and History, with a focus on foreign policy, development and the study of identities and utopias. I was a Juan de la Cierva Postdoctoral Fellow at the Spanish National Research Council (2024) and a Margarita Salas Postdoctoral Fellow at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (Germany). I have completed research stays at the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), Columbia University in the City of New York (USA), the University of Erfurt (Germany), the Pontificia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) and the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil). I am fluent in five languages (Spanish, English, German, French and Portuguese) and have published in three of them. I am an ANECA accredited Assistant, Associate and Private University Professor.
