josé ramón sánchez isla

BSc in Nursing from the University of the Basque Country, Master's Degree in Health and Care Research and PhD in Nursing from the Complutense University of Madrid. He has professional experience in Intensive Care Units, pre-hospital emergency and public health. He gained a statutory staff position with Osakidetza and became a career civil servant by public competition at Bilbao City Council. His areas of research interest include healthy habits as determinants of health, and particularly the prescription of physical activity.
