Cayetana Santaolalla holds a PhD in Private International Law from the University of the Basque Country. She is a member of the legal team of the European project JUST/2017/CONS/PR/CO02/0059, with the European Commission. She is a lecturer of Private International Law at the Public University of Navarra. She comes from the private sector, where she has worked for more than 15 years on export issues in different international markets, such as the United States and Chile. She has also worked for 4 years in corporate social responsibility issues, in the United Nations and in third sector organizations. Lecturer for years in different universities. As a researcher, she has been part of regional, regional, national (MINECO) and international projects. In particular, she has been part of the research project "Access to Justice for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)", which analyzes the different methods of conflict resolution, for 4 years, with the Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand). She publishes regularly and participates in various conferences and seminars. She is accredited (contratada doctor) by ANECA (National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation).
