Olga del Orden Olasagati, born in San Sebastian, holds a PhD in Business Studies and Business Administration from the University of Deusto (UD) and, since 2011, Professor of Finance and Accounting at the Deusto Business School, at whose San Sebastian campus she carries out her teaching, research and management work. She teaches both in the ADE degree and in different postgraduate courses of the faculty, and always in subjects in the area of Finance. She is accredited as a private university lecturer by Uniqual (Evaluation and Accreditation Agency of the Basque University System). Throughout her long professional career as a teacher, she has also taught at the UD School of Tourism, in different specific in-company training modules, and in foreign universities and schools. In recent years she has participated in the preparation of on-line courses for banking professionals. Her research has focused, within the world of finance, on issues related to corporate governance, sustainable finance and microcredits. She has published several articles in the press, communications in national and international conferences, research reports, articles in impact and dissemination journals, as well as several books oriented both to research and teaching.
