JOSE ROMAN LIZASO holds a BA in Psychology from the University of the Basque Country. He is currently a lecturer at the University of Deusto, Bilbao campus. He teaches People Management on BA courses in Business Administration, both in Basque and Spanish. He is currently a lecturer in Leadership and Team Building, which is taught in Basque, and delivers a number of seminars and tutorials on Generic Competences related to undergraduate subjects at DBS. He is Director of the Fraisoro Centre of Uliazpi, whose aim is to provide a comprehensive and personalised care to persons with intellectual disability and important support needs. He is a member of the Ethical Committee of the Gipuzkoa Psychological Association. He has been a lecturer on several postgraduate courses related to the management and care of persons with disabilities and the development of social technology at the University of the Basque Country.
