Holds a BA in Sociology from the UNED and Social Work from the University of the Basque Country. Currently she is a Lecturer at the University of Deusto, where she teaches at the Donostia campus . She teaches BA courses on Social Work. Specifically, she teaches the following subjects: Social Services in the Welfare State, Structure and Social Change, Specialized Social Services (Basque lenguage), Social Inclusion and Exclusion Processes and Social Work´s Practices I and II (Basque lenguage) Her publications mainly focus on the Social Services System and the Social Participation. During the past few years she has carried out research on the analysis of the Community Services Network and Social Services. She is part of ‘Deusto Social Values’ research team.
